Christopher McLeod

Christopher McLeod is a musician, composer, and instrumental teacher based in Melbourne, Australia. He has worked extensively throughout the community and in schools across Melbourne. His professional experience includes work with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO) Symphony in a day and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Chorus. As a teacher he is working on a brass pedagogy that allows primary aged children to overcome the physical difficulties of playing a brass instrument at such a young age. As a composer he is constantly working on pieces of music in varying genres.

Chris’ passion for music and the arts comes from the four generations of professional Italian musicians before him. This sense of tradition and culture is something that Chris wants to share with those around him. He believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience music and the arts. Something that Aflatmajor.com aims to promote through its posts.
